Figgers Phone Needs Tech and Customer Support with no type of Language Barriers
I like the Foggers Phone.
But their tech and customer service needs to be totally revamp. When you call for tech or customer service for support; there is a big language barrier.
Every time I call they do not understand or speak English Clearly. I want to support this business and will give Mr. Figgers a try; but if they do not change this I will be going back to Spectrum where there area no language barriers.
Don't waste your money buying the F-Buds. It is a terrible product. I bought them because they were on sale at a great price. Wish I hadn't. I was not home when they arrived and when I finally used them, I was very disappointed. Since they only give you 15 days for a full refund and I was past that period they sent me new ones, but the same issue. I called again and they sent me new ones and same recurring problem. I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau for selling faulty products.
The F3 phone is the new generation This is a great product! The air buds are very good. I was very surprised what came in F3 phone package. Extras charger, air buds, car charger, ear plugs, radio/clock, and wall charger. The F3 phone is great. All for total price $495. This is absolutely outstanding. When I contacted the customer service they responded quickly online, providing me the information I requested. I would recommend this phone and company, they are only going to be one of best company with they great phone and price.
I ordered a Internet box from them last monthIt took almost two weeks to get hereOnce it got here its been working pretty goodI need to try the cellphone now cause I heard its pretty good
Figgers Xphone from my perspective there are too many apps preloaded; many which I don't even useThe battery life is long I charge my phone maybe every two days and still talk 40-minutes a dayI love the phone
I have been with Figgers.com since August of 2012.I never have had problems with my serviceI have changed phones for my free upgradesI always had the Unlimited Talk, Text, and Data for $month and my bill has always been the sameThe service works everywhere better coverage than [redacted] and [redacted] but wayyyyyy cheaper than [redacted] and ***You get the same service and better coverage for way less the cost
