They came and picked my truck up to rebuild my transmission they took twice as long as they initially stated it would take.Causing me 700 dollars in rental car expenses. Then after promising to bring it back. I was told on 5 different occasions they would call me back which they never did. So when I complained, I was hung up on and told to come and get my vehicle. March 2016 we had our 2004 Dodge Sprinter van to replace/rebuild the transmission. When they gave the vehicle back to us we tried to drive it and realized that there was a major problem with it. The vehicle had a major transmission fluid leak and was making a strange noise. They picked the vehicle up and took it back to their shop and said that the harmonic balancer and water pump were bad and need to be replaced. We paid them to repair these items and they gave the vehicle back to us saying it was repaired. We tried to drive the vehicle and it, once again it had major problem. It felt like something was hitting the bottom side of the vehicle when you try to drive it. We tried contacting the owner of the company and he refused to talk to us. We had the vehicle taken back to them but they said they did not have time to look at it. The radiator shroud, fan blades, and radiator have been damaged by them as well as multiple other problems. One of their employees was overheard saying he put a jack under the transmission, which is not the proper way to remove this transmission.Desired SettlementWe paid a total of $3,694.56 for repairs to this vehicle and it is still not drive-able. I want a portion of my money refunded as I believe that they have caused more damage to the vehicle that I now have to repair. The owner, [redacted], refuses to make this right and I am tired of trying.
