back hes trying to keep materials and not pay for it. hes smart and know how to write letters so we have decide to refund them in full but hes not returning materials.hes trying to make a scene about it but if we returning 100% of payment he shouldn't be doing complaining forms.All we ask is for our goods if he wants to keep them then he needs to paid for them, if he does not want them will refund him after he return them.

This matter remains unresolved. Our request remains the same. REPLACE the faulty material with a alternative option. Our research show the merchant, although registered as a retailer is in fact operating as a contractor. We will continue our research with the licensing agencies throughout the state after the holiday. We have requested this information for the merchant and they refuse to provide the information. I am sure once they:
!. Provide a date to remove the substandard material and INSTALL NEW material.
2. Provide proof of their liice3nse and surety bonds.
We are hopeful for an amicable resolution to this bothersome matter.
