Fifth Street Books

I have had superb experiences working with Jerry and his team at Fifth Street Books in and again in Both times, we have ordered large quantities (5,000+) of books for underprivileged children The folks at Fifth Street were real friendly, helping me load boxes of books Jerry even loaded books in his truck and took a four-hour round trip just to help these kids My experience this year was again wonderful And seeing the faces of children who are getting to pick books to call their very own for the first time is one of the best things we have ever seen Caring service, great prices, and big hearts...I am a Fifth Street Books loyalist!

I had ordered books for my third grade class library, so my students had more of a variety to select during reading timeAfter reading it would take at the most business days, for handling and shipment, I had expected my delivery well before my students began school for the yearMy order was placed on August 2, with payment taken the next dayI waited until August 18, to email them the first time about my deliveryI received no answerI emailed them a second time on August 31, Again, I have not received an answer an answer.In the second email, I requested the estimated delivery date of my books, or, failing that, when I could expect my refund for the books that were never delivered
