We have contacted the customer directly via email, and admitted fault in severe delays. The window repair is not completed due to lack of support from manufacturer and our struggle to find a qualified installer who can professionally fix the issue. The replacement parts are on here on
site, repair instructions from the manufacturer have been acquired, and multiple outlets have been contacted to procure an installer, including competitors. Once we have a qualified installer, we will contact customer to set up an appointment to finalize the repair, and Revdex.com will be updated as well. Customer has responded to email yesterday, and has been completely patient throughout this process, and we appreciate his patience more than words can describe. This issue will be handled as quickly as possible
