I am rejecting this response because:Yes, the company did call me to resolve the issue with a $300.00, where there are more expenses that I had to pay for the incorrect shipping packaging they had with the engine, but main issue is the engine was not test and not a safe working engine, cause when the owner did call me trying to resolve the issue, I've mention to him that the engine wasn't in perfect condition, the engine was damagedI've asked did you guy's do any type of engine testing, compression testing, any thingHe didn't even know if the engine has been started, or notHe said he will have to call me back after he finds out if the engine was able to be startedThere type of testing was the engine starts, it's a working engineBut this engine was not able to be started due to couple broken sensorsSo in his previous statement was a lie, when he states he told me it was a good working engineThe engine is barely able to run at it state now, also usually other engine suppliers will give a to day warranty on the engines, my complaint went in few day's of having the engineIsn't there any type of warranty?
Sincerely,
