Review: I placed an online order from this business on November [redacted] 2013. My card was charged for the amount. I received an email simply stating my information and what I ordered. I waited Until 11/** then I sent an email to [redacted] checking to see if my order had shipped yet. I was getting concerned because my order was supposed to be a Christmas gift. 11/**/13 I sent another email to [redacted] stating that it had been 13 days since I placed my order and thought I would hear something by now. 11/**/13 I also sent an email to [redacted] inquiring as to what was going on with my order. Still heard nothing. 12/*/13 I sent another email to [redacted] saying I was disappointed, no one has responded to my emails nor have I received anything and would like my money back. 12/*/13 I decided to call the office number on the website ###-###-####. To my surprise, the woman that answered said I called a children's welfare center. I double checked the number I dialed and the number on the website, it was the same. I researched further and found another potential number (not on the fierce fun toys website). I called ###-###-####. After a few rings, It went to voicemail. It was [redacted] from fierce fun toys. I left a nice message explaining my situation and left my number. Fed up from getting zero contact from anyone after several attempts, here I am two days later writing this. I am not one to complain but I just don't understand after nearly a month of trying I get no contact back or my order.Desired Settlement: Refund the $35.85 or send the two items ordered.

I finally received an email response from [redacted] (the business owner) today. She said they have has some issues on their end, my card would be refunded, and that she is sending the product anyways on her. I felt this was very nice of her to send the product anyways along with refunding my money. I will contact you again once all of this has been done.
