Fierce Costumes

Review: Fierce Costumes sent a product which was not as described and was completely unresponsive. I never received a store credit as promised.

On October 16, 2013, I purchased an all black " Women's Dark Contessa Costume" from www.fiercecostumes.com using paypal. The total came to $154.51 with expedited shipping. Shortly after, I received a phone call from [redacted] at ###-###-#### on October 17th at 11:49am. I have saved the voicemail from her. I called her back later that afternoon and she told me they did not have the costume in stock but they had the exact same one only with a maroon and gold coat. The black one is still being shown on their website. I received the costume later than the expedited shipping date I paid extra for and it was not exactly the same. Most of the costume was white, when we discussed, I thought it would be black with maroon jacket, not mostly white. When I contacted them to make an exchange, no one answered my emails or picked up the phone so I opened a dispute with Paypal. When they finally answered with an EMA number for the return so I can receive a store credit (on 11/11/13) I mailed the costume the following weekend. There has been no activity since. So now they have the costume and my money. The dispute on Paypal was automatically closed since she did respond and time ran out. I emailed her several times after and tried to call, but there is still no response.
