Hi there,After calling from yet another phone number and having my friend ask for the manager, I was able to get her on the phone.She kept saying things like, "99% of people do not want to pay their move out bills." I told her that I found that to be very unprofessional to assume that about
her clients. I would have liked to pay whatever it was that I owed for cleaning fees so that it would not appear on my credit report. I would have appreciated a call or an email as they had my contact information and never once asked for a forwarding address even though I talked with them in the office numerous times before leaving.The conflict is resolved; I paid my portion to the collection agency. However, I find it very concerning that the manager believed that people would rather be sent to collections than to pay their debts.Thank you,***
