DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY...DO NOT USE THEIR APP! Everything sounds good & pleasant when you sign-up, they flood you with job opportunitiesBut once you are established with them they routinely deceive their agents, send out jobs for which you are "hand selected" or pre-qualified through screeners but when you complete the job they deny payment and don't give you a chance to disputeWhen you try to contact them, the phone number is NEVER answered and emails are not replied to
The entire app is poorly managedYou will answer no to a specific question (for instance, "do you have kids in the house?") but even though you answered no, the next question asks how old the kids areSo you have to make up an answer...and guess what...they deny the payment for the job because you have conflicting answersWhen you point this out to them, they blame you! They say they job wasn't intended for people who don't have kids even though you were truthful and said no in their prequalification screenersThey still send the job to you, demand you complete the job by misleading you with working like "this job was made just for you" or "congratulations, you qualified to complete this job" even though that's not true!
Company is HORRIBLE to deal with!

It was nice at first until our job money was taken away
The reason was that we can't have accounts on the same device??!!
We both lost time and money because we share our phones
