Fidishun Insurance

I received a quote from my [redacted] agent Fidishun Ins on 4/17/2017, and accepted and paid in full all 6 months the same day. Since then I've been receiving a statement for $58.50. I have been calling and emailing for months to dispute the charge since it's more than I was quoted in the contract. I was...

quoted $681.50 for a 6 month policy if I took the renters insurance which I did. I paid $781.50 the same day. Since then [redacted] has been saying my policy is $735 for 6 months which is incorrect! So I got a statement for $53.50 plus the $5 late fee which is $58.50. I feel this mistake made by [redacted] insurance should be removed, or covered by the agent, since I was incorrectly quoted by [redacted] back in April. I have been trying to resolve this issue for 4 months and no one will respond or take care of this issue. Please contact me to resolve this as soon as possible. Thank you.

8/30/2017To Whom it may concern:This letter is about the above listed complaint. When the customer was initiatly quoted, it was just that, a quote. Once the policy was purchased, the company, [redacted] Insurance, had raised her rate. However, she only paid a portion of the full amount of premium owed, which then put her into a payment plan that has installment rates which includes a service charge.Since this letter has been sent from the Revdex.com (Revdex.com), this matter has been resolved. [redacted] has been in touch with the saleswoman, Sherri R[redacted], at our office. Sherri, again explained to her that it was the company, [redacted] Insurance, raising the rate.
