Review: my mother suffers from alzheimers disease . This company made numerous calls to her home. She is on a do not call list. She has people who care for her 24/7 and has absolutely no use for their product. Even though I spoke to them on one or two occasions , they must have kept calling until they reached her and got her credit card number . I am sending back their device at my own cost. This ends up taking several hours to write complaits , fight with them and then go to the post office . She can't remember anything , and had no idea what this device they shipped her even was. People constantly call and when the people who live with her answer teh phone , they try to get to her. Sometimes she picks up the phone and they get her credit info and then send her items she has no need for.Desired Settlement: I want them to observe the do not call list and to leave her alone. Also to credit back whatever they charged her for. Aside from writing and calling them , I also file complaints with consumer affairs and the Revdex.com to try to get people who pray on the elderly from bothering her . It is extremely time consuming , aggrivating and in the end , they end up not getting paid for the device because I lodge a complaint with the credit card company. My next step is to take her phone and cards away
