non communication, failed to delivery items when promised. company failed to communicate issues with finding a driver, company picked up my items on july 28, items sat in warehouse until end of august. Was told items would be delivered between Aug 13-19. Driver did not set out to deliver items until 09/02, items not going to be delivered until 09/09. company never provided us with a written contract, the ready to move booklet, or the rights and responsibilities booklet. /////Desired SettlementI would like to have our bill voided or lowered to a lower price /////
