Review: I got a mortgage from this company on my residence. This mortgage was refinanced and Fidelity failed to provide a release showing payoff resulting in an inability to refi and significantly reduced rates.Desired Settlement: Immediate release of mortgage long since paid off or immediate payment for the amount I am trying to finance.

The individual who answered the phone could not understand the problem and now refuses to pick up the phone.
