Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
First of all just because your records show something doesn't make it true. You never sent me a letter for a settlement and when I called you told me there was no way you would consider a settlement. I never discussed paying $150 a month I offered to pay $50 a month because that was what I could afford so your records are wrong. I did file a fraud report on my credit file so you are wrong about that as well. And I filed a report with the FBI because of the amount so again you are wrong on all accounts. Before you talk to people this way you had better check your facts. You do call multiple times a day I have the call logs to prove it. I don't talk to you every day because I feel like you treat people horrible and I will not be treated that way. Sincerely,[redacted]
