Company calls me 8 to 10 times a day never leaves a message from a Nebraska number. Called it back asked me to confirm personal information I asked them to send it to me by mail they said email I stated by mail gave them my address and asked them to not call me I would call them when I recieved the validation of debt. They continue to call and say they dont have my information I have already given them. I have told them I am not paying any debt I dont know until I have documents to see. I di not remember having payday loan with the company they say I did.
Explanation of Charges To stop calling me. And to send me the correct documents by mail.
Fidelis Recovery Management has sent letters to the address which is why we requested an email to ensure the consumer did get our communication. The numbers have been removed from the system and the account placed in a special status. We will only communicate with the consumer via mail.

This business has taken a significant amount of money from my bank account without authorization. I have had absolutely no contact with this agency and have been unable to reach them for sort out this issue.
Refund I would like my money returned
This consumer is not in our system. We have not drafted any money from his account. I apologize the consumer has been mistreated by another company.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
More money has been taken from the account since this claim was filed. My bank tells me this is the company taking the funds. I have called and spoken to a representative who told me the money would be returned and has not.
We were able to locate the account. Consumer called into our office on 5/15/2019 to make a final payment. During that time, consumer did not mention anything about wanting his money back. Consumer also provided an updated credit card number, and a PIF letter was sent to the consumer.
Company will not stop calling me.
Company constantly calls me for, I assume, a past-due debt. The last time I spoke with them, I advised them to stop calling, and to mail whatever they had to me in writing. They don't. My next step, is to file suit with the FCC.
All contact is to be made in writing only.
The consumer ID themselves as the right party for contact. After contact, we did not contact consumer again. The account is closed in our office.
I saw that I missed a call from someone in this company. I called the number back and spoke to a guy that told me that I owed a medical bill from 2012. He told me that I was seen at brook dale hospital and owed $200+ and how did I intend to pay. I told him I have always had insurance and if I was seen then that there has to be some error. He said he hears it all the time and that I have to handle my business and that it would go on my credit report if I didn't pay. I have never received anything from this company by mail and the guy on the phone was treating me as if I was lying to him. I do not trust these people to have my personal information as I find them completely unprofessional.
Explanation of Charges I was given a non working number for the hospital in question and not even told a date of service. All they kept telling me was that it would go on my credit report and I informed him that I would sue and he just started laughing and saying he hears it all the time like it was a big joke.
Consumer is not aware that he had many accounts with Brookdale Medical Center. Debtor refused to pay the account in our office, and we have closed the account.

I have always had continuous medical coverage. I previously worked over 10 years in the medial field all I needed was a working number to have the situation resolved and the billing charges sent to my insurance company but this company's abhorrent behavior prevented me from accomplishing that. I personally feel that this company is very heavy handed in the way they go about collecting money from people and like to use scare tactics instead of trying to resolve situations. The person I dealt with at this company was no professional and shouldn't be working at any type of business where money is involved.
Persists in calling our house and asking for someone who we've never heard of, despite our telling them several times that person does not live here, never has, and we've never heard of them. They have been doing this long enough that we've filed a formal complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to try to get them to stop.
Calling at work after requested not to. Raising his voice at me on the phone. Requested proof of debt and have received nothing at all.
Calls at work after I have asked not to, yells at me on the phone when I let him know that I cannot have personal calls at work and to contact my on my cell phone, which he never does.
I want them to quit calling my job, quit speaking to me in the manner in which they do and provide me with proof of the debt claimed owed.
After speaking wit consumer, she advised not to call her POE. Consumer provided an updated cell phone, and we called her at her new cell number. FRM did not call her work anymore.
AMOUNT NEVER APPLIED TO OUTSTANDING DEBT
I was contacted on 07/28/16 in reference to an outstanding debt with a local hospital. I paid a settlement amount and the amount was never applied to the outstanding debt (hospital). I feel I was scammed by this company because the information is still showing on my credit report.
*** was the representative I was in contact with at ***
Debt was to North Central Baptist Hospital in the amount of $562.91. I paid a settlement amount of $275.00 for all outstanding debt owed to the hospital. No monies were applied to outstanding debt.
I would either like a refund of my amount paid or for my credit report to be updated accordingly as "Settled"
The consumer paid a settlement on the account. We reported the SIF amount to our client, and we also sent a letter. Fidelis Recovery Management does not report accounts to the credit bureaus.
