When I requested travel information be provided via email, I was told, "It will be impossible to communicate and attempt to customize a package for you unless we are able to speak directly."
When I explained that I preferred an email response so that I could share details with my husband, the reply stated, "If you cannot/will not provide a phone number, I'm not sure we can provide further service."
This rough and abrupt manner is neither "great" nor is it typically "Canadian."
