Complaint: 10629535I am rejecting this response because: I stand by my original claimThere is no disclosure on the online coupon that a printed copy is required to redeem, and the customer service I received was not appropriateI am further concerned that [redacted] mentions in his response to my complaint that he provides services to other customers "often at NO charge"If this is the case, why is he refusing to honor the coupon in my case? Am I being singled out due to some sort of prejudice? What is the requirement to receive these disclosed "NO charge" services? I received the complaint form re: Mrs*** ***She was told that I must have a printed coupon toattach to the invoiceShe then just showed us her phone and said "I have the coupon"I replied "ouraccounting department must see it attached to the invoiceShe said "here it is"I believe that
is when Ireplied "can I staple your phone to the invoice"?
