her, but that we had family health issues and that I would be leaving on vacation shortly and that I needed warmer weather to complete this as she does not have a garage to work in and my products do not work well in cold windy conditions. When we spoke on December 17th I explained again about the need for warmer conditions and that I would be in touch when this time arrived. No conditions have been favorable and she emailed me on February 10, 2016. I replied and told her I would also be contacting [redacted] again as she complained to them about the wait. She now knows that I will schedule this work with her when the weather gets favorable for performing this work.
It it should be known that this work I am performing for her is a rework of previous repairs done by someone else and that [redacted] had agreed to have me rerepair as a "favor" to her. [redacted] told me and her that that repair back in October will be the last time they have rework done on this. I agreed with [redacted] to look this over and repair as best I can one more time for her. I have not heard from her since I last talked to her in early February as she is patiently waiting for the weather conditions to warm up.
I fully intend to rerepair this for her one last time as soon as weather conditions permit and that has been conveyed to her.
