Review: WE ordered and payed for material that was never delivered. Many phone calls were made with no success of any response to a refund.Desired Settlement: Full refund

Review: I emailed this company on July 23rd inquiring about fiberglass mesh. They emailed me back right away and sent me a sample & pictures of the product. I called them and spoke to a man named James and I wanted to place my order ASAP. He said they didn't accept Cerdit Cards, only business checks. He said to sent the check through express mail and deduct the amount of shipping from the check. I then emailed him on July 2nd to see when it would ship. He said he received my check and would ship out shortly. Then there was excuse after excuse and said that logistics lost the pallet and would reimburse me. I explained to him how logistics works and they reimburse the shipper if the receiver never receives it. Then he never responded. I've tried calling & emailing multiple times never got a response.Desired Settlement: I would life a full refund and would like for others to know what they did.
