Dear Revdex.com ,thank you for any help your being involved in this possibly speeded things up but the manager at Fiber Steel has sent a repair
man to our location and the faulty installation has been correctedI really don't know if my complaint I
filed with you is the reason that Fiber Steel suddenly could schedule coming back to straighten things out but I am happy that it's done,again thank you,*** ***

Mr*** ***, I am responding to your issues regarding your leaking tank. Part of the difficulty in resolving your problem is that the dealer you purchased from is no longer in business and it’s difficult for us to make a determination to if the tank can be repaired or should be
replaced since we are located miles away. I don’t even know if you’re the original owner because *** would have had you in his records but I am willing to give you a new poly tank but as it states in our warranty “the customer is responsible for all transportation cost”. I can get you a quote on having it delivered or if you have a small boat trailer you are welcome to pick it up at our location. Please advise of how you would like to proceed.
