Refuse to help me concerning the paint going bad on my Dodge Avenger with less than 50,miles on the car When I went in to get my car serviced I brought up that something was going on with the paint on my carThis was on August 25th They had someone from the body shop come look at my carHis comment was yes the paint was going bad and that they had it happen to another car! I was told they would do everything in their power to take of this for meI felt confident that they would make this rightWhen I didn't hear anything all week I stopped in on Friday Septand was met by Alex in the showroomHe excused himself and went and talked to someone in the service deptWhen he came back he said there was nothing they could do for meHe gave me Dodge Customer Cr which I called and talked to Katelyn who said she was authorized to say yes or no.She put me on hold for a long time and said they couldn't help me because I was the third owner which I didn't knowE

I took the truck in nine months ago,for over heating problems At there suggestion I changed all the parts they asked me tooThe truck still over heatingFour and half months ago I took the truck to the dealer and they accepted itthey called the ManufactureThe manufacture suggested several test, which Fiat did not do in a timely fashion , which the engine builders were not happy with FiatFiat let the warranty run out ,now there is no warranty at allThey still have my truck with no communacation as of 9/16/
