Review: After seven (7) months of negotiations, this particular company continues to disrespect a refinance of a loan. Through hearing several verbal guarantees that it would be done, I finally decided to quit any further the business with them. Having requested that my personal hard copy information be returned to me on numerous occasions, it has not. I offered to come and get the file(s), but was told that "they would be sent." As of this date, ten (10) business days have passed since this formal request via email. The office manager will not take my calls nor return them. I have spoken to two other people in that office, both saying they would "tell Mr. [redacted] to return my files." I have copies of all emails; I can get digital copies of my phone calls for communicative proof as well. Unreasonable and discourteous to deal with, I consider this company to be misleading and untrustworthy. Its website lays claim to "being a member of the Revdex.com (Revdex.com)" but it does not come up in your database when I filed this complaint. I feel that this company will make calls to my house after this complaint and harass my wife and I. This company should be investigated. Thank you in advance for your time and efforts into this affair. Sincerely, Mr. & Mrs. [redacted].Desired Settlement: I want all my hard copy files that I handed [redacted] on or about December 5th 2014 to be returned to me. I want a written statement that all my files that were emailed are destroyed including files sent to their loan processing department.
Consumer
Response:
Consumer states that the business has sent the requested documents via e-mail form as the original hard copies provided had been shredded. Consumer considers the matter resolved but remains unsatisfied with the way the business handled the transaction.
