I had an issue in my house that need to be reported to the insurance company as a claim this company came to my house promise 100% satisfaction on claim ,but after more than a year this people has dome nothing at all everytime I call they dont follow up they dont return my calls,they dont give me any answer of what is going on.they got a company that came to my house to dry all walls destroy walls so they can do whatever they have to do but till now after a year my house still destroy and they dont respond to my phone call .Horrible customer services very poor unprofessional services.At this point iam gonna try to hire another company that will give me a follow up and professional services as I said before my house still destroyed inside as I dont have the money to fix all the damage

I appreciate FGF helping me receive compensation on a claim that was denied by my insurance companyI paid my premiums faithfully and on time and my insurance would not assist me in fixing damages to my propertyI did not have to pay anything out of pocket and received thousands of dollars to redo my bathroom and kitchenThanks for all you do!

I signed with this company to help with my insurance company who is also giving me problems with mold due to a flood.These people since I signed April has done nothing will not respond or provide status to claim They have done notjing and extremely poor progessionalism*** Faron told me I am not his only client and hung up in my face
