Review: In May I went to F&F Auto and Tires places to get my Inspection sticker, but my car did not passed inspection and I got a Rejection sticker, I was pregnant at that time, I gave birth and because of complications I couldnt drive for 6 months, In November I took the car to the mechanic fixed everything and went back to the F&F (because I got my R sticker from them) to do the inspection again. One of the staff there told my Fianc that he couldnt pass my car inspection because the back tired on the left side was damage, my Fianc paid $40 dollars and bought the tired (We have the bank statement)4 days later (approximately 2 weeks before X-MAS),We were on our way to Wrentham Mall with my * month old baby and the tired pop and in minutes got destroy, we were doing 55 mph, thank God we didnt had a worst accident but it was bad, a State trooper help us get to the emergency lane and he told us that that tired looked old. 2 days later I went to F&F Auto and saw The Owner his name is [redacted], told him what happen. [redacted] said that he will take care of it not to worry, he said I will fix your rim and put a new tire He was apologetic and very nice. Today is 03/19/13 I been calling and passing by their almost every day, I had to buy another tire and another rim total $150, [redacted] the owner doesnt call me or return my calls, and when I call; his staffs never know anything about his schedule. He has my Rim and my $40 for the old tire. I dont want my Fianc to go to F&F because they will get in to a fight; I need help with this issue pleaseDesired Settlement: I want my money $40 for the tire and $80 for the new Rim that I had to buy.

I'm Sorry we don't have guarantee on used tires. The rim is here but is is cracked. The consumer does have my wifes contact number and her sister also has my contact number.

I want to responds in regard of what the business said. He clearly

said that he can fix my tire and there was nothing wrong with the Rim.

He need to come clean. I need this message to get to him ASAP. All I’m

asking what its fare, (he need to replace my tire and give me my rim

in the conditions that I gave it to him) (there was nothing wrong with

the rim).
