Customer contacted us on February-04-with a Virus Issue on his computer and agreed to go for a One Time Assistance for Cleanup of Virus and Optimization against which a payment of USD was processedIt was a One Time Certified Assistance Plan not a subscription wherein he can use our services for the specified tenureHis issue was promptly resolved and the customer did not report any further issues on his computerHe said he was contacted by a different company after two days and he could have called Fewlogics to request a cancellation as our refund policy allow our customers to cancel within hours of purchaseFewlogics has two different sections for Web Designing (www.fewlogics.com) and for Software Technical Assistance (www.fewlogics.net)We received a Dispute on behalf of Mr [redacted] on February-24-requesting documents to sustain that the charge was legitimateWe supplied all the required documents and the charge was reversedCustomer is out of time to cancel and request a refund nowWe have installed "Paid" Security Software's on his computer which will be disabled in-case if he continues with the Dispute through his bankCustomer can contact us for a Check Up of his computer to ensure the Software's installed by us are still on his computer and has not been removed/replaced by the mentioned company "Technilogs".We enclose a copy of the Client Agreement with Invoice to give the details of the agreement and the services purchased from Fewlogics IncThis document has been electronically signed by the customer and captures the IP Address of the Customer’s Computer.Tell us why here
