Purchased event tickets from this website and when I arrived to the event I was told my tickets are fraudulent. It was a Lobster fest on the Hornblower Cruise in NYC, on September 21 2018!

This business app is full of false advertising and misleading information. They advertise products and services for free or at a discounted price and when you arrive to the venues they promote on their app prices change and services promised are not provided. To cover themselves they claim marketing or advertising errors on their behalf that you as the consumer ate left to deal with. It has happened to me on more than one occasion which has prompted me to bring light to it now. In my most recent case they promoted a function for free with open bar for an hour. I arrived at the venue with the ticket I booked with the reservation and was told the price was now 60 with no open bar. I invited friends and even recommended the app to people to feel embarrassed and highly offended at how such a mistake or false advertising could be allowed with no accountability I ended paying 240 for my friends and myself as we were already there and they did not even want to bargain or allow us in with a slight discount on behalf of whatever marketing mistake they Claimed They are basically a sham and for a app that claims to provide places to go and services at a discounted price they fall well short of that promise as it seems like a ploy to get you to the venues and then swindle you from there.
