Review: Had [redacted] install a [redacted] Gas Furnance in our home September 2012 at the cost of $2700.00. Have had few problems with it since than at first he had no problem coming out to fix or check it out. But starting the middle of November 2013 had to call him many times because of water coming from the unit. Husband and I had to go down to the unit and use the shop vac to remove the water from the motor housing. Furnace was running all the time. Called [redacted] at least two dozen times with no response. when he finally came out, Our son and my husband told him it needed a inline drain tube. [redacted] said he would call the company and get the part. MY Husband called him on Monday the16th of December was told by [redacted] he had the part and would be out Friday the 20th to put it on. We never heard from him. THIS UNIT is only 15 months old and already looks as if it were 30. There is rust running down the motor, on the pan under the motor and it has rusted a hole through to the bottom leaving water to run on the basement floor. We had to have another service Tec come out to check it. He told Us the same thing that it need the inline drain tube. In turn cost us more money when it should have been covered by the installer.Desired Settlement: Replace or refund
