Festival Square Apartments

My landlord rented me and my 2 children an apartment that needs major repairs. The bathroom shower wall has a huge hole in it and the tile floor needs repaired. His solution was to tape a garbage bag over the hole and put two tiles over the hole in the floor that don't match the other tiles. I'm pretty sure there is mold behind the garbage bag. My stove and vent-a-hood is a disaster, the kitchen tile needs replaced, and the light in the kitchen doesn't work. The carpet throughout the apartment needs to be replaced or at least cleaned.
