We are aware of the concerns raised by [redacted] and his guests following their visit to this year's New Jersey Festival of Ballooning.  On Thursday, August 31 representatives of the festival had a phone call with [redacted]  As the only acceptable outcome to [redacted] was a full refund...

of the five (5) admission tickets, we have acceded to this request and processed a refund check to be mailed on Friday, September 1.  We consider this matter closed.  Thank you.  Ken S[redacted] Vice President
