Festival Dental Group

I have been a patient at Festival Dental for several years. The service has always been a little spotty, but I figured that is probably the case with many dental offices in Surprise. On my last visit, I was promptly taken in for xrays and then escorted to the hygientist's office where I was told the hygienist (Mari-lyn) or the dentist (Dr. Thomas) would be in shortly. After sitting in the chair and looking at the wall for 27 minutes, Mari-lyn came in. After cleaning my teeth and applying fluoride, which did not take long, Mari-lyn asked if I needed to see the dentist and I said I had not seen her in over 1 1/2 years and I would like her to check my teeth. I again waited in the chair staring at the wall for 19 more minutes before I got up and was escorted to the cashier and never seeing the dentist. I told both the lady escorting me and the cashier about my experience thinking someone would contact me. Nobody contacted me. I guess they have more patients than they need.

Every single tooth Festival dental has worked on the crown and bridges have cracked off. They have a terrible in house product and used a terrible lab that since went out of business. I had 4 bridges in 4 years, replacing the same bridge over and over. The warrenty time was from the date of the initial product. So even with a 1 yr old bridge broken, it was no.longwr covered! I spent thousands and thousands of dollars and now I have no front teeth and Im missing two other crowns and two are broken
