Festival Cleaners - Waldorf

I gave them 3 pairs of pants to be hemmed on a Thursday. They said they wouldn't be ready until the Friday of the next week. Ridiculous in and of itself, but I agreed. It is now the Sunday following the friday they were supposed to be complete. They are not complete. Employees are useless. They continually tell me that there is nothing they can do. I asked for my pants back, even if they are incomplete. They will not comply. The level of incompetence is staggering. These pants are part of a uniform that I must wear for the police academy and the employees that I trusted with them don't even know where they are. I have been waiting 10 days and they tell me that only one pair of pants is complete. I am standing in their establishment and they are waiting for their driver to deliver them. Their driver doesn't answer his phone. I am still standing in their establishment, waiting.
