Review: Had a wedding event 6/27/15 paid cleaning deposit in full for event of 700.00. On 6/28/15 we helped clean due to staff said it was a lot of work. We received a receipt on 6/28/15 for half of deposit to be refunded by check in mail which would be 350.00. We received a check for only 250.00 which was short 100.00. We have attempted by phone to contact business by phone multiple times. When we were able to get through by phone after many attempts We spoke to a lady at least 3 times when she would answer or phone call and she would tell us she don't handle refunds she will contact lady who does and get back to us. No one has gotten back to us by phone, mail, or email concerning refund nor have we received remaining money of 100.00. It has been over 90 days with out receiving our refund.Desired Settlement: We would like our remaining refund of a 100.00 A.S.A.P no more excuses.
