Review: WE PLACE A ORDER WITH FESCO ON FEBRUARY *,2015 THEY SHIPPED THE ORDER ,WHEN WE RECEIVED THE BOX,THE ITEMS IN THE BOX WERE DAMAGED .WE CALL THEM TO LET THEM NO ABOUT THE ITEMS INSIDE THE BOX THEY TOLD US TO FAX THEM ABOUT THE ITEMS WHICH WE WERE RETURNING SO THEY COULD GIVE US A RETURN RA I RECEIVE THE RA# SO WE PUT THE ITEMS IN A BOX IN MAILED THEM BACK TO FESCO DISTR. WE CALLED OUR TRACKING # ON OUR RECEIPT AND WE WAS TOLD THE BOX WAS DELIVERED. WHEN WE CALLED FRESCO DISTRI.THEY ARE STILL SAYING THEY DON'T HAVE THE BOX WE EVEN TRACK THE BOX FROM [redacted] POST OFFICE AND IT SHOWED THE BOX WAS DELIVED ON FERERUARY **.2015.SO EVERYTIME WE CALL THEM TO FIND OUT ABOUT THE BOX THEY KEEP SAYING THAT OUR SALES REP. WILL BE BACK ON MONDAY AND THIS HAVE BEEN FOR THE PAST 2 WEEKS.SO WE ARE TRYING TO FIND OUT WHAT STEPS CAN BE MADE NEXT .Desired Settlement: REPLACED THE ITEMS WHICH WE SENT BACK TO FESCO DIST.
