Hi, Please be informed that customer (*** ***) herself called in for support, we've never called her for anythingBefore charging her we've already informed her that we are from FESCOCORPORATION and we are not associated with any brand like *** or *** etcWe fixed her issues
related to her computer and then we charged herShe was happy with the support and she gave us positive feedback as wellShe called in for many times and took support from usNow almost after a year she is complaining that we are scamPlease consider these scenario and think about it once that scam company will never turn for support of customer and they'll never respondBut we are still here in business and we are responding that shows we are legitimate company

I am rejecting this response because: Yes I purchased Bitdefender 2017 Total...

Security on 3-16-17 for 1 yr. security and support $99.99, but on 7-4-17 Fesco3-American Assets, deducted another $99.99 from my [redacted] account for no reason or authorization from me. I noticed the deduction on my statement. I did not ask for any services or products from Fesco3-American Assets in regards to this deduction of $99.99.
