I used to come here about once every couple of months and spend $40 to get my car cleaned and vacuumed with no complaint. This last time I went in somehow, someway someone broke my rear hatch and it won't stay open. I know for an absolute fact that it happened at this car wash, as I have a small child and take their pack and play to daycare every day. In the morning, it held up while I took the pack and play out, in the afternoon, after the car wash, it did not and that's when I noticed it.
I went back to discuss it with the guy at the front. He told me the something must have worn out, and it's in no way shape or form their fault and he refused to even look at it. It's a $50 dollar fix. I have no problem fixing it myself, now that I have to. It's more of the moral issue.
