Review: I have ordered crystals from this company. Many months past delivery time, the sales manager or owner keeps telling us the order is being processes and the shipment will be done soon. As far as I remember, the deliver was due in October. In June I am still receiving the same type of message, although I have asked to be reimbursed. Ferrisphere INC. has refused to reimburse. My university had to pay by [redacted] at the time of order.Desired Settlement: I want these samples shipped now, or I want to be reimbursed.
