Ferrell's Termite and Pest Control, Inc.

Review: For over 2 years, I have been trying to contact this company to get them to give me an estimate on pest control. The last time I tried to contact them was through a Revdex.com initiated contact which still failed to produce a response. I just find it

totally unacceptable in today's day and age that a company licensed to do business in Virginia does not even have the common courtesy to return a phone call or an email. I have tried contacting this firm at least five separate times through

the last 2 years and have not gotten one single response from them. While I no longer wish to have any contact with this company, I would like to see the Revdex.com take some kind of actions against them like to publish this complaint on its website

or at least contact the company and ask why there is such an enormous failure to communicate with a prospective customer. Based on their inability to return repeated inquiries for service I believe the Revdex.com should take this into consideration in its

ranking and decrease such rating to a complete F, for failure. Thank you.Desired Settlement: See above.

Revdex.com spoke with the business. They think that this letter went to the spam folder as they have no notice of contact by the customer. They would not want to purposely ignore a customer. They are willing to provide the customer will a free pest control service for the inconvenience and frustration caused by this matter. They will be checking their spam folder more often in hopes that a situation like this does not happen again.
