FERRELL GAS

As a 20+ year customer of Sharpe Propane that had excellent response to customers needs and where always accessible to talk to, the opposite applies to Ferrell Gas when they purchased Sharpe. I have waited 38 days for gas last year to be delivered and now this year I am 23 days of Pre-Paid along with $150 extra for 24hr delivery without gas. I have appealed to VP 's and all the way to local delivery stations without effect! This company needs to review their customer service effects on customers! Obviously they don't care! My recommendation, Do Not use them as a provider! Choose anyone else and you will see better results even if it is Crap!

I had my tuck washed at your location on @ about 11:AM Platinum Wash + QuartzLooked decent when it was completedHowever, once I got home, the truck was significantly covered in white residue spots and streaksIn addition, the underside of the vehicle did not look like it had been touch as wellI thought that the wash service included an under body washBasically, the service ended up being way less than expected, really terribleI called at 1:PM and no manager was available so I left a message with the person who answered the phone for the manager, ScottAs of this email, no one has called me backAs a result, I will no longer come to the Suds Factory Car Wash (Lone Tree, CO location) and I will also tell everyone I know to not come to your locationI do know that this is not a big deal for you as you likely have many satisfied customers who really don’t know what good service is about!! Lastly, since I did not get a call back, and there was no attempt by Suds to remedy the situation, I am disputing the charge with my CC company (dispute filed on 08)!
It is sad that in today’s world it is very difficult to get go service : ( !!

I have a monthly account with this car wash and my car is identified on my account by the license plateI have had one issue in the past with the same woman I had issues with today who changed my plate for no reason on my account without my "the owner of car" permission she changed her story twice with me on why she did it she then told me that I was the only person that could bring my car inI informed her that *** who brought my car in in the past who she claims told her to change the plates in the computer "which is a complete lie" was my husband and could bring my car any time he wantsI spoke with a manager a couple days later and they took care of the problem and apologizedNo big deal I let it goToday I came in for my wash I explained to the girl at the register that I had a new temp tag due to the DMV not getting the paperwork from the dealershipWhich I explained to them last time I was in and I asked if I could not change it so we don't have any mix ups like
