When I saw this complaint. I was very surprised someone was trying to get in touch with me. I called the customer right away, and sent one of my guys over to see what the problem was. touch with the homeowner, like I asked them to. We should've followed up with the customer. However, I don't know why he couldn't get in touch with me. Ending result. I apologized to the customer. Called and made sure the inspection agency went to his house. I emailed him the certificate, and now he is in touch with PSE@G awaiting a new meter.

Review: The company worker miswired a [redacted] 17,500-watt generator. As a result a house power circuit burned all lights, several appliances and GFI outlets connected to that circuit.

The company initially blamed the Generator. However after contacting [redacted] the company inspected the generator and found it in perfect condition. They provided with a written report substantied with pictures that the neutral conductor was miswired with a hot one.

After multiple promises the problem was never sold and damages not fixed.

Currently I am obtaining estimates to fix the damages.Desired Settlement: All damages should be repaired and reimburcement should be provided for loses.

We, at Ferraro Electric, have never wired a generator wrong. We also never had a complaint before in the 14 years doing business.
