conditions and moisture coming inI did realize however, that the tacky floor was due to improper mixing of the epoxyThe overlay and the acid stain was done correctly, had I sealed and waxed instead of epoxy we wouldn’t have had this issueI was actually trying to get you guys the best protection possible for your floor because of all the issues we were havin, and was recommended epoxy instead of sealerI offered to paint trim, your wife said not to worry about it because you were going to redo it anywaysI do not mind fixing this issue for youIn short, I got no impression that you were this unhappy and we have not talked since I handed you the partial refundI do admit we looked like amateurs, but the materials we used were top of the line, it is unfortunate that all this happened and I do not mind giving $more in compensationThe whole floor does not need to be redone, just the epoxy/sealerI am surprised you are unhappy with the results, however, I wish you would have contacted me instead of leading me to believe I would be fixing this issue at a later dateGrinders labor and all materials used were well over what I am offering to refund, I think this is fair and apologize again for all the troubleThank you
