Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I feel that the most logical solution is for me to return this defective umbrella to the point of purchaseI'm sure that LBI still does deliveries to Throgs Neck Discount, where I purchased the umbrella, as I still see they're items thereIf I opted to mail the item, it would costs almost as much as the item is worth, with no guarantee that they would acknowledge receiving itI have mailed letters, return receipt requested and it cost me over $I'm sure this would be many times more expensiveThe company says that they would pay for shippingAgain, where's the guarantee or mail voucherI have the original receiptAs LBI stated, I put the umbrella away in tact, there was no wind, or adverse weather in my basement, where I store all my outdoor items for the winter(Only their umbrella deteriorated)Obviously some defect in the materialFor these reasons, I feel the only reasonable resolution, for this inexpensive item, is to allow me to return it to the store of purchase, where they can retrieve the defective umbrella, and supply me with a new one, or issue a full refund of $($19.99+$tax) In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]
