Ferrari of San Diego

This is absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I bought a used *** there in August. I took their word that they had sold it new and had done all of its service. Although the cat came without a written warranty, I had the personal assurance of the sales manager Keith *** that this car had been all checked out, detailed and was excellent in every way.
Within days it began bucking as it was being driven cold at low speed forward or reverse. It also stalled several times. I began calling, texting and emailing Keith and was ignored. I began including the General Manager Bill ***, service director Larry *** and Nick *** the Service Manager. All have ignored my pleas for assistance.
I’ve now taken the car to another place for service and I’ll have no option other than to pursue legal action for reimbursement.
In addition, the radio Bluetooth microphone doesn’t work. I have my cars hand washed and was told that it feels like it’s never been detailed, so it’ll require a complete detail.
This may seem like a minor complaint and by itself wouldn’t have warranted my rating, but when added to the horrible treatment that I’ve received, and the, it’s worth noting.
I don’t have any idea how they’ve managed to remain in business with such deplorable service. I suppose it’s because there aren’t other authorized dealers in SD.
