Review: I purchased a car from this dealership. They have failed to follow up this purchase with the appropriate paperwork which will allow me to purchases license plates for the vehicle. They have been unresponsive to my needs for this paperwork, and have not been responsive to emails and phone calls. I am into my third month of delays on this paperwork and I have no idea of when I will receive it.

The paperwork is to establish title to the car. They seem to be unable to produce a title for the car that I bought from them. They have given me no other explanation for the delay.Desired Settlement: Send me the paperwork in an expedited fashion and explain to me why this has taken so long. I have incurred $36 in fees plus time required to go repeatedly to the [redacted] Bureau of Motor Vehicles to buy temporary tags for the car while I wait.
