Ferrandino & Son, Inc.

Ferrandino & Sons is a scam business that preys upon trusting people. I am writing this in the hope that other small business owners will see this review and stay away from this unethical business.

I have completed 4 different jobs for Ferrandino & Sons from October to November of 2015. When Ferrandino sends an invoice it's urgent and needs to be done quickly as possible. They never asked for my locksmith license, proof of general liability insurance (they require 1Million/2Million General Liability coverage), they don't require a signed subcontractor contract or a W9 form. They don't require anything when they are asking you to go out and do something for them. But they do demand all of these to pay you! I've sent them faxes and e-mails and calling wasting so much time trying to get paid from these people its not even worth the effort. I think that's what Ferrandino wants. They use small inexperienced business owners like me. they get you to do work for them then make up every excuse in the book to not pay. Now in the mean time Ferrandino has already billed the business they are working for and added their own charges to the bill and been paid for the work I have completed. They just use their vendors for what they can get out of them. I have only ran my small company for a few years and this was my first experience with a 3rd party company. Some other locksmiths in the Locksmith Association I am a member of advised me to stay away from these companies I should have listened. I still have not received one cent form Ferrandino & Sons its the end of January 2016

They Do NOT Pay !! it's been 3 months and many emails and phone calls and nothing! SCAM company!! STAY AWAY!

Do not work for this company they do not pay promised to pay in 2 weeks and never got payment for the work done. they demand the work to be done the same day or next day its been 5 months and never got a check from them the phones don't even ring have emailed them and noting

This company used to pay invoices and sucked me in as now have numerous invoices and they are not paying and refuse to even discuss.
