Scheduled an appointment based on coupon received via text from Ferrada Carpet Cleaners as we had used them previouslyWhen they arrived, they refused to honor the offer they had textedWhen we asked how much more it would be, they left and wouldn't return our calls

They just clean open traffic areas and don't move ANYTHING, even to clean under & behind items such as bedroom nightstands & armchairs, livingroom end tables & cofffee tables, etc., and don't clean under the beds A job half done & still wet hours later
