Contract Disputes Complaint ID 1259638 l submitted 115/2018 —1 [redacted] - Service Issue Dear Ms Bejarano:Since the complaints primarily relate to internet service., this response will answer them both, In Complaint ID 12596381, Mr. [redacted] stales, "I would like to get Spectrum internet of my home but when I requested to order service, it was told that the property manager is not allowing ii. (There is no reasonable excuse for this since Spectrum does not use any different equipment.). " In Complaint ID 12592749, Mr. [redacted] states that hi.I current Internet service, Hughes_net„ provides poor service rind he does not want to continue with them He also slates he was told the internet provider he desires is not on managements list. Mr. [redacted] has never talked to us about this matter. Frontier Communications owns the underground cables that run throughout the park_ Since Frontier owns the cables, they are the only cable company that can provide interact service received through a cable provider. Park management has no control over this. Our contracts also allow residents to have satellite service should they desire to do so. No specific satellite companies are listed. It is the residents' choice as to what satellite company they use. The only rule for satellites is that it is not to he mounted. in front of the house. As you can see, for those things under our control, we try to give the residents' choices.
