We bought a home in the development at the corner of Rebecca and Dorval in Oakville in Dec 2020. This spring we were disappointed to discover we had a massive drainage issue in our backyard. The site was never graded properly. All surrounding lots drain into our , killing all landscaping efforts as well as making the driveway crumble . The neighbors are apologetic but said this was always an issue for the original owner. I contacted Fernbook in that the building is still under warranty however the driveway and the grading were deemed to not qualify for their quality assurance and guarantee. I have had multiple hardscape and landscape professionals look at the situation. They all concur the cause of the issue is an irresponsible builder. We want resolution. Be wary before you buy .

Terrible build quality, problems and deficiencies and constant roof leaks from the ceiling. Its been almost two years now and they keep dragging the repairs without actually fixing the issues.
The roof leaked 3 times already from the same spot, and now there is a new leak on the other side of the house.

. they walk away and hide their defects. I have owned my townhouse from the beginning 4 water leaks so far Fernbrook tried to hide the cause of the first leak to avoid warranty and continues to not stand up. Very substandard work. There are leaks thru out the complex.
