MrFernando G*** was hired to do yard cleanup October 18, which included weeding, trimming tree limbs, hedges, blowing leaves, and replacing plastic mulch and natural mulch in two separate beds He and his crew arrived at 3:p.mand departed at p.m On Thursday they worked from 2:p.muntil 4:p.m On Friday they arrived at 9:a.mto apply mulch and chips and left at 11: a.m When he and his team finished I asked that the hedges be cut shorter/smaller Mr G*** said the hedges should not be cut shorter I explained that was the way I wanted them He dismissed his team, and tried to convince me they would be too short, but said he’d come back MrG asked for a check for $on Octwhich I had paid I also paid him $on Nov
