Review: I came to this establishment in 2014. After the basic cleanings and such, the dentist, [redacted] and I discussed some of the things I wanted to have done. After that time, a treatment plan was filled out as well as a payment plan. Even though the young lady was my step-daughter, there were no "special" treatments given as far as payment plan. This plan was set up for a 2 year payment plan as I was told and I begun the work in May of 2014. The bill total was over $3,200 all inclusive. I have paid the bill down to $875 and making monthly payments at times over the agreed amount. Yesterday I received a statement showing my account was over 90 days due. This is incorrect as I was given 2 years to pay this bill and I do NOT want this affecting my credit score. I am well within the agreement of the treatment plan and feel because the young lady that made up my treatment plan left, the signed agreement is not being honored.Desired Settlement: I want my account to reflect current payment status as I am paying as agreed upon before I started any procedures whatsoever. I pay my bills and do not want a negative, false reflection on my credit scores as I am well within the time frame of paying this bill.
